Cyber Waste
Cyber Waste refers to the discarded and broken-down remnants of advanced technology that litter the streets of Neon City. This waste includes anything from malfunctioning androids, scrapped vehicles, decaying infrastructure, and outdated cybernetic parts left behind by the rapid technological advancements of the Colosseum Capital City (CCC)elites. What may seem like junk to some is treasure to the resourceful scavengers who scour the city, looking for usable parts or valuable tech hidden within the waste. Cyber Waste is both a symbol of the city’s decline and a potential source of great power for those skilled enough to repurpose it.

Function / Purpose
In gameplay, Cyber Waste acts as a scavenging resource. Players can gather Cyber Waste to repair equipment, craft new tech, or trade for upgrades. Often scattered around Rubble piles or in abandoned industrial areas, Cyber Waste is essential for players looking to improve their gear and survive the hostile environment. It also contains rare tech components that can unlock advanced upgrades or hidden features.

Cyber Waste can be harvested for valuable components that players can use to upgrade gear or craft new items, such as weapons, armor, or special tools.
Tech Fragments:

In-Game Interaction
Players encounter Cyber Waste in nearly every part of Neon City, especially in scavenging zones. It can be gathered by defeating enemy units (such as malfunctioning androids or mechs) or by sifting through Rubble piles. Once collected, Cyber Waste can be brought back to the player’s base or workshop to craft items, enhance gear, or trade with other NPCs. Some missions or quests will specifically require players to gather Cyber Waste to complete objectives or unlock new areas.
